I Believe That Everything I Experience Begins With Energy
When I first began to explore this truth, it changed how I saw everything. I realized that energy isn’t just a concept—it’s the fuel behind every moment. Without it, there’s no movement, no connection, no life.
The more I acknowledged this energy within me, the more empowered I felt. I stopped seeing myself as a passive observer of life and began to recognize that I am a creator—shaping my reality from the inside out.
I Feel Emotions as Energy in Motion
Learning to see emotions as energy has helped me reclaim my power. I now understand that I can tune my energy like an instrument. I’ve made it a daily practice to check in with how I’m feeling and ask, “What does my energy need right now?”
Sometimes it’s rest. Sometimes it’s music. Sometimes it’s stillness. And sometimes, it’s just a deep breath.
I See My Energy as a Spectrum
But I also have days when I’m on the other end—tired, moody, or mentally scattered. And that’s okay. I’ve learned not to judge myself for it. Instead, I’ve started asking better questions: What did I eat today? Who did I spend time with? What thoughts am I repeating in my mind?
By tuning into these subtle shifts, I’ve become more aware of what raises my vibration and what pulls it down. That awareness has been a game-changer.
I Use Mindfulness to Recharge
I used to live in my head—constantly replaying the past or worrying about the future. But the more I practice mindfulness, the more present I become. I’ve discovered that the present moment holds so much peace… if I’m willing to be still enough to feel it.
Now, I take just a few minutes each day to sit with myself. I breathe. I notice. I listen—without trying to fix or change anything. In those moments, I feel myself recharge. My mind slows. My body softens. My energy rises.
I Use Visualization to Create My Reality
Visualization has become part of my morning ritual. I imagine how I want to feel, who I want to be, and what I want to experience. Sometimes I use a vision board. Sometimes I just sit quietly and let the images come to me.
Either way, I know that when I see it and feel it deeply, I’m sending powerful signals into the universe—and into my own subconscious mind.
I Speak Affirmations to Rewire My Energy
Now, I’m intentional about the words I speak—especially to myself. I use affirmations to shift my mindset and reprogram my energy field.
Here are a few that I return to often:
“I am grounded, peaceful, and powerful.”
“I attract joy and abundance with ease.”
“I am worthy of rest, love, and healing.”
I write them in my journal. I post them on my mirror. I whisper them in the morning and repeat them before bed. They’ve become part of how I speak life into myself.
I Ground Myself to Reconnect with the Earth
Even just a few moments in nature can reset my energy. If I can’t get outside, I visualize it—I see sunlight on my skin, wind in my hair, water washing over me.
Grounding reminds me that I’m not separate from the earth. I am part of it. Supported by it. Held by it.
I Set Boundaries to Protect My Energy
But I’ve learned that protecting my energy isn’t selfish—it’s sacred.
Now, I honor what drains me and what restores me. I limit my time with people or environments that feel heavy. I mute the news when it becomes too much. I give myself permission to unplug, say no, and walk away when I need to.
I’ve stopped apologizing for prioritizing my well-being. And I’ve noticed that the more I protect my energy, the more I can show up fully for the people and passions that truly matter to me.
I Cleanse My Energy Regularly
I take salt baths. I light sage or palo santo and walk through my space with intention. I play music that lifts my spirit. Sometimes, I just shake out my body and imagine stagnant energy falling away.
Each time I cleanse, I feel a little lighter. A little clearer. A little more like me.
I Choose Inner Peace Every Day
I’ve stopped waiting for things outside of me to be perfect. Instead, I return to my breath. I soften my grip. I remind myself that I can find peace right here, right now, no matter what’s happening around me.
This journey toward energetic alignment has taught me that I don’t have to hustle, prove, or push so hard. I can live with more ease. I can trust more. I can rest more.
And the more I choose peace, the more I radiate it—outward into my relationships, my work, and my entire life.
